Hilcona Foodservice is a part of the Hilcona Family that serves big quantites of food for events and buffets. This project is a Web-based App that helps buffet managers to determinate how much food will they need for their events and how much will it cost.

In order to fidelize their Buffet Clients, Hilcona used an old method of paying a visit the client once a year and taking along a list with its offers. The issue to be solved was that many other companies did the exact same and the Chefs had a pile of catalogues accumulating at their kitchens.
The fix to this issue was then to digitalize Hilcona's offer, bringing in the visit instead of a catalog a Card that the Chef of Buffet manager could use in their online shopping. We have come up with the card and then designed a hotsite where the client could take a quizz to win a Conosseur Kit and calculate their food ammount for an specific party or event.
We have then developed a 4 section site designated to engage Chefs and Managers in a new way of experiencing Hilcona's Buffet service. In the page, the user can either take part in a competition to win a prize (a sample of Hilcona's Pasta sortiment), to check receipts, to make a calculate of its budget based on the ammount of food it needs or to read about Hilcona's apprentice programm.
